OK, I went to Mexico in September and absolutely loved it! I could see the potential out there for growth, especially in holiday property lettings and local businesses. A lot of people travel to Mexico every year and they have there peaks seasons from April and Dec, I am now referring to the part of Mexico known as Playa Del Carmen a hours drive from Cancun. The weather is hard not to like and the people are hard not to like as well as the majority of people are very friendly.
I made a contact out there and he provides me with info about properties for sale out there for Holiday homes that could be used to as Holiday lets whilst you are not there. I don't have the money to invest right now, but will definitely consider in the future. The pictures above are one of the apartments he was showing me on sale for US$130,500 roughly £95,000
